I wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed the last session on “The Gift of Feedback”.  It really resonated with me as I am someone who tends to go in the “Ruinous Empathy” category.

When I reflect, I know that I would rather receive feedback professionally in the “Radical Candor” method.  This really made me think – A LOT about conversations I’ve been avoiding. This training has been so valuable to me, and I can’t thank you enough for all of your insight and wisdom.
