Storytelling

“Storytelling is the most powerful way to put ideas into the world.” – Robert McKee
Children have an innate love for stories. Storytelling is a unique way for students to develop an understanding; respect and appreciation for other cultures; and promote a positive attitude towards people from different lands, races and religions.

Gwalior Glory High School organised a wonderful storytelling session for the students of grade I to III and grade VI. The engrossing storytelling session was taken by a renowned storyteller, Ms Simi Srivastava. Mr Anurag Mathur, zonal manager and Mr Sanjay Sharma, regional manager, M/s Full Marks Publication, were also present on the occasion.
Stories like Alligator’s Secret and Geet Ka Kamal were narrated by the storyteller in her unique style, which kept the students captivated throughout the session.

The storytelling session was enriched by the infusion of music, creating a vibrant and engaging learning experience. Overall the session was quite engaging which encouraged the young minds to think critically and creatively.
